Ihr Profil

You have a university degree or completed training or a comparable qualification.

You have very good knowledge of SAP SF (design + implementation). Knowledge of SAP BTP – especially the CPI component – would also be desirable.

In addition to your technical knowledge, you also have a good understanding of the processes of a manufacturing industrial company.

You also speak English well. Other languages such as German, French or Japanese would be desirable.

Willingness to travel occasionally (e.g. to Luxembourg – approx. 20% of travel).

Valid work permit for at least one of the two countries.

 

Ihr neues Aufgabengebiet

In this position, you will work with state-of-the-art SAP technology (including S/4-HANA) as part of the systematic development of existing functionalities and the design and implementation of new functionalities. Your tasks will include the following:

Providing in-depth advice to specialist departments on technological and process optimisation options and solutions.

Designing and implementing innovative projects in the SAP SuccessFactors environment and (as a key task) in the Employee Central sub-area.

(Partial) project management. Supporting international rollouts. Creating documentation.

Managing external service providers.

Preparing and holding workshops with users and clients.

Immersing yourself in the thinking and working methods of the specialist departments.
